Paving the way for interdisciplinary integration in the 21st century, we provide EE training and more. The Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering not only includes technical training in communications, controls, semiconductor and computer engineering, but also training in next-generation technologies such as robotics, biomedical science, and artificial intelligence.
In response to future interdisciplinary integration in electronics and electrical technologies, the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering of NYCU unites the institution of electronics, electrical, and biomedical engineering and the EECS Undergraduate Honors Program in 2021. Since then, the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering has been the biggest EE department in Taiwan, with the largest number of teachers and students. The Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering has 15 featured study areas that fully cover EECS knowledge, turning students into elites with interdisciplinary research abilities and broadening their career paths. Moreover, we provide solid courses with experiments for students to learn problem-solving skills from hands-on exercises. With the industry-academia collaboration, well-known companies in the science industrial park, such as TSMC Ltd. and MediaTek Inc., also provide exclusive programs to cultivate top talents for the high-demand industry.
