Prof. Simon Sze published a new book, “Physics of Semiconductor Devices.” The first edition is a classic textbook about the physics of semiconductors and devices, which was studied worldwide. Four editions of the book have been published for more than 3 million copies. It is also translated into six languages. The book is continuously applied and referred to by worldwide professors, researchers, and industries in semiconductor and integrated circuits. It is known as the best-selling “bible of semiconductors.”
